Really can’t rate this agency enough! As someone looking to let, I always feel a bit sidestepped when working with real estate agencies- in the past (with diff agencies) I’ve been cancelled on last minute, left at doors for a viewing that doesn’t happen, emails not being responded to, just left in the dark really… all of this being a fraught procedure haha—in the past I have purposefully gone with private landlords because of this. I was pleasantly surprised by this experience- it has been a process that has been very thorough and human- with lots of clear, helpful, personable communication, organization and calm every step of the way.
