We recently bought a house in Highcliffe through Winkworth after moving from Australia. Nick was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient with us. The house purchase process is very different in the UK than in Australia, and Nick kept us informed at every stage. Unfortunately, due to our recent relocation to the UK, our mortgage application was substantially delayed, and Winkworth were fantastic at keeping the communication open between us and the vendors so that we didn't lose the house. I hope to be in my current house for many years, but if I ever needed to sell, I would use them...

We’ve had such a positive experience with Winkworth! As they’re locally owned, they really do care about you and go above and beyond. Lilly was incredibly helpful, kind, responsive, and patient throughout the whole process - her support really made a difference during what can be a stressful time! We also liaised with Faith at the start who was also really great - efficient, warm and genuine! What really stood out was how human and personal the interactions felt. After our mother's death my brother and I were faced with the task of selling her house. We both live in other parts of the UK, so relied heavily on Winkworth to look after the process for us. Both Andrew and Harry in Petersfield could not have offered a better service. Communication was always excellent, with regular updates, and good advice when the sale seemed to be in jeopardy. I have no hesitation recommending them.
