We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). In a world where companies seem to have little regard for service, Winkworths in Banstead village is a jewel. Our experience was stressful due to it being the last weeks of the stamp duty discount and our solicitor being particularly difficult to contact. Richard, Andrew and their team at the Banstead Village branch kept us amazingly well informed about the whole chain and even managed to contact our solicitor when we couldn’t. They always dealt with us in a calm and professional manner. Down to the last minute they were there supporting us and providing us with the latest information and without their help and guidance, I don’t believe we could have completed in time. They are the most friendly and efficient team and were still offering help and advice once we had completed.
