There were some challenging moments with getting it across the line, however Kelvin was central to helping the process move forward. Kelvin was professional, and very accommodating to our requirements of evening/weekend viewings due to work schedules. He was always quick to responded to our queries and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Communication was good - regular updates with feedback following viewings and mediating between parties when going through the legal process / until completed. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Matthew who was our main point of contact, which made the stress of house moving easier.
