Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Ian handled the sale of our house, and the sale of another we were responsible for. It all went very well; difficult situations were dealt with, with minimal stress to ourselves. The buyer of our house was guided every step of the way, as required. In my experience, Winkworth is the best letting agent in the area. Jenny was fantastic in helping us secure our new home. The process was smooth from start to finish. Winkworth Weybridge managed to sell one of my properties last November during a very difficult time for Flat sales. (Which everyone is experiencing at present.) Additionally, they have recently rented out another property at the asking price. This process was very fast & efficient and I'm very pleased with Winkworth's professionalism and attention to detail. We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.
