At the first viewing, Stephen was so positive and encouraging. Without him, we may never have put in the offer that landed us our dream flat. He also liaised effectively with our solicitor, ensuring that everyone remained aligned, which was critical given the tight stamp duty deadline we were working against. Thanks to his diligence and competence, we managed to complete just in time—something that we did not expect to achieve. Beyond his professionalism, James was also a pleasure to work with. He brought a friendly, optimistic energy to the process and demonstrated a real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved.
