We bought our bungalow through Paul at Winkworth, Leigh on Sea. We have had first class service throughout all our dealings with him. Very professional, understanding and willing to help. We've dealt with a number of estate agents on our search, the majority of whom we couldn't recommend but Paul broke the mould. For this reason we would certainly highly recommend Winkworth.

I am about to let my property again and Shania who came on board fairly recently, has so far been spot on with everything she had do deal with, to assist in finalising the release of the outgoing tenants' security deposit, as well as with various preparatory arrangements to make the place marketable again. She is pro-active and far more professional than her predecessor.

I have used Winkworths for many years and wouldn’t go elsewhere in the area. Matt and the team are efficient, friendly and supportive from start to finish. I recently sold and moved home during a difficult time in the market and Matt ensured every effort was made to not let this effect my sale, and we successfully sold and couldn’t have done it without his ongoing support and care. Definitely recommend.
