They always called you back ,always answered emails and were always forthcoming with making contact when they had updates during the sales process. From start to finish, Richard, Andrew, Donna, and Alison provided an exceptional service. We had three valuations with local agents and I found Richard to be the most honest and sensible. Due to some challenging market conditions and some issues in the chain later down the line the property took a little longer to sell than we had hoped but the whole team remained steadfast in their approach worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line.
