Henry, who was managing our sale, was excellent at communication throughout and worked tirelessly to ensure our sale went through as quickly as possible. This move has been far from easy and stressful at times due to a difficult chain. Massive thank you to Jade who managed updates every week throughout the chain and then towards the end, daily chasing. I was kept well informed. The issue being a poor conveyancer which proved very incompetent. Jade remained calm and professional and engaged through the chain to ensure we finally exchanged, even though only a few days before completion. She had to deal with my stress too! An excellent service from start to finish with Winkworth. After finding a property that we really liked Jenny Wintermeyer was fabulous making all the arrangements and ensuring we were able to get everything in place that we needed. She made herself available throughout the whole process and had a great working knowledge of the property, something that you rarely find. Not all estate agents are the same and Winkworth definitely go above and beyond. No hesitation in recommending them.

Winkworth Estate Agents (Highcliffe) & Me. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years, not as an hardened investor, just simple family man, I have had varying experiences, often very stressful and no doubt the source of many of my grey hairs! That was up until I chose Winkworth Estate agents to sell my apartment in Highcliffe, Dorset. Right from the off they were a breath of fresh air, Harvey visited to look around and gave his valuation, not a pumped up number to get me excited, a figure which I believed to be sensible & fair, Harvey is a charming and polite chap, he has far more experience than his years would portray, he has been easy to get hold of, patient with my questions, and doggedly determined to ensure everything went well, for both myself and my buyer, which I admire. My property completed today, and I cannot praise Harvey and the Winkworth team highly enough. 100% client focused.

Whilst we didn’t not use these guys to sell they are our vendor’s Estate Agent and so we have had considerable communication with them over the last 3 months and they have been brilliant. Can’t fault them and it’s rare to find really good Estate Agents that don’t just care about the sale but also care about other parties involved in a chain. We dealt with Matthew who was great with comms and chasing things up and when he was on annual leave which can sometimes cause problems with files being passed and cases being covered by colleagues we then dealt with Ryan who has been absolutely outstanding. I would definitely recommend these guys for buying and selling and if we ever move again (please no 🙏😉) these guys will be our first choice xx
