Started looking for a house with Gareth a year ago. He kept in touch all the time making sure I knew when a property was coming onto the market. Other agents just sent me emails of properties which were a bit hit and miss. Gareth always informed me of details that were within the guidelines and price that we discussed when we registered with Winkworth. We purchased a beach hut through Winkworth and had the same attention to detail as if we were buying a high end home not a 6 x 8 wooden shed. I have also used Winkworth to value a home and they gave me honest feedback and a good understanding of the current market nationally and for this area.
