I had a great experience with Paul at Winkworths. From start to finish he provided a service that was nothing short of exceptional – proactive and efficient, as well as friendly, personable and always willing to help. Paul was very supportive throughout the process, ensuring I was kept informed at every stage. In fact, he often told me what was going on before my solicitor did – including on completion day! Paul was very responsive to emails and phone calls, making communication effortless. He went the extra mile by contacting third parties on my behalf (e.g. another estate agent in respect of my initial buyer/my solicitor on the last day) who were not responding to me. His approach is not just a ‘can-do’ attitude but a ‘will-do’ attitude, and promptly too. It was a pleasure to work with Paul and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, proactive support in selling and/or buying a property.

I recently purchase a house in Farnham through Winkworth Farnham Estate Agents in a chain of 4. Henry and Chelsea have been extremely helpfull and supportive throughout the process which is not always straight forward when part of a chain. Quick responsiveness, proactivity, keeping up to date and always trying to help. Great experience on that side of the chain for me especially when compared to the experience i had on the other side. Definitely recommended and would use again if i ever move again.

I could not recommend Winkworth NH highly enough, by far and away the best experience I've ever had as a renter. The property management team (and particularly Kylie Wright) are responsive, efficient, friendly and (rarest of all) empathetic. Have just moved out of a flat managed by them after a 7.5yrs and cannot recall a single instance when the team at Winkworth have been anything other than absolutely outstanding! My only regret is that this review is capped at 5 stars.

The best estate agents I have ever dealt with! I had been looking for over 2 years and so many estate agents can be so awful but I Shifa was honestly the best. Incredibly helpful, trustworthy and always had my best interests at heart. He also recommended me the best solicitor on the planet and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Stephen Rothwell has been an amazing person to work with as the Estate Agent who had mutual clients with me. He was always available to help a great and approachable person. He was also very proactive in helping us progress the case. In summary, he is a gem his company MUST treasure!!! I really wish to work on more cases with him! Excellent service by Winkworth on the recent sale of our house. Geoff was patient in supporting us through a process we were unfamiliar with, and informative, going above and beyond when we experienced difficulties from other agencies involved in the sale. I would definitely use this company again and would especially recommend Geoff.
