We recently sold our flat in Shepherds Bush through Winkworth, having also bought through them in 2015 and the service was excellent. Whilst personnel changed during the sale, which we appreciate can happen, and we had to therefore work with different sales managers, we were very appreciative to be offered a reduced commission for the inconvenience, whilst the service continued to be very good. Excellent communication on email and telephone with regular updates. We sold in a tough market and didn’t quite get the price we wanted, but Winkworth always seemed to have the very best intentions for us as sellers. Great service from Toby and his team at Winkworths Hove. We used them to sell my parents flat which was made complex by the leasehold having only 62 years left. They made the process very simple and lead us through each step. We were also able to leave the keys with Toby and he would let various tradespeople into the property which made our lives alot easier as we live 2 hours from Hove. I thought the experience was going to be very challenging but Toby and his team took the pain out of the whole process. Highly recommended.

I recently rented an apartment through Jasmine at Winkworth. I requested to move in earlier than the original proposed date, and they professionally arranged for me to rent the property 3 days sooner. This saved me from having to move my belongings into temporary storage and then move them again — a huge stress relief. Their application process was also very straightforward and reasonable, especially helpful for me with a shorter credit history. Overall, I really appreciated their support, flexibility, and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.

We recently purchased a flat through Winkworth CP, and I cannot recommend them highly enough—particularly James Jenkinson, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. E.g Accepting last minute calls, very fast to respond over WhatsApp, making a point to regularly drop in for updates and always communicating updates and processes clearly. He also liaised effectively with our solicitor, ensuring that everyone remained aligned, which was critical given the tight stamp duty deadline we were working against. Thanks to his diligence and competence, we managed to complete just in time—something that we did not expect to achieve. Beyond his professionalism, James was also a pleasure to work with. He brought a friendly, optimistic energy to the process and demonstrated a real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved.
