In all of my many years of letting from various agencies over the years never have i experienced anything like the service and professional I have faced dealing with Winkworth. It has been outstanding. Beyond words. They have bent over backwards to help me get back on my feet after a difficult few months. I wish I had discovered them years ago and maybe things would have been different. They consider the needs of the individual. I can't recommend Fergus and his f a fantastic team enough. Don't bother with any other agents in the area because Winkworth and their amazing teams in both in the Southbourne and Westbourne branches are the best and you can't top the best. The lettings manager Natasha Conti brings incomparable skills to the industry. We tried many local letting agents and were let down badly by young inexperienced staff of bigger organisations who did not know how to appraise tenants or property or market conditions.
