I have recently just moved into a flat and I am so grateful that Winkworth was the agent helping me out with the move. Alex was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process - he was always quick to respond to emails and queries and was extremely supportive from the start to the end of the moving process. He continued his support once I had moved in also, making sure to check in and ensure I was settling in. Andrew and Marcus taught us the value of a good agent. They read the market correctly, provided a strong valuation and sold our house within two weeks. Communications remained expedient and professional throughout. The marketing assets offered by Winkworth (3D walk through) were extremely valuable and better than what other agents offered. They then proceeded to broker a purchase for us off market having understood our onward requirement. That transaction completed from offer to keys within 12 weeks.
