We just sold our flat via Winkworth Surbiton. Debbie was our agent there. From my corporate days, I remember a CxO of a very large IT company telling me that "when all goes well, everyone is good, but you can only see the value of others when they have to deal with real problems". How true... I sincerely think that without the drive and persistence of Debbie, the sale would not have happened. Finding the buyer is the easy part. Ensuring the sale closes is the hard part. Thank you Debbie! Next time we either buy or sell, I can only hope it will be via your services.

I found a property on the market that I thought would be suitable for us. When I called Winkworth's agent, I spoke with a very polite guy named Major, who provided all the information about the property. The next day, when we met him at the flat, I was impressed. He was very kind, answered all our questions, and was patient with our English, as we are from a different country. He kept us updated continuously. Thank you, Major, for all the help you provided us!
