Well Hallelujah we have just been lucky enough to have been looked after by Mike Watters from Winkworth Estate Agents Highcliffe who definitely have a commitment to a ‘Customer First’ ethos. From the very beginning of our property search to having recently completed on a New build apartment purchase Mike held our hands throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I have forgotten the number of times that I asked Mike to meet us on site as the build progressed and not once did he decline. Always there with a smile and guiding hand particularly at a time when emotions were running high. This is an extremely well run and professional Team of Agents who make you feel at ease as they actively take the journey with you, understanding your requirements and responding to your questions and fears in a timely and understanding manner.
