Winkworth were the second estate agent to market our property. The first were an absolute disaster inaccurate and hurried all the things you think when you hear the words ‘estate agents’! What a difference from Rosella and her team. Professional and accurate always responding to queries quickly. She marketed the property well gave sound advice and provided support and guidance when required. At the end when the deal nearly broke down she stayed calm and professional, professing surprise at buyers decision due to all the money already expended. She was correct, the buyers got their act together and we eventually exchanged and completed within a week at the price originally agreed. I recently purchase a house in Farnham through Winkworth Farnham Estate Agents in a chain of 4. Henry and Chelsea have been extremely helpfull and supportive throughout the process which is not always straight forward when part of a chain. Quick responsiveness, proactivity, keeping up to date and always trying to help. Great experience on that side of the chain for me especially when compared to the experience i had on the other side. Definitely recommended and would use again if i ever move again.
