At the end of last November we had to find ourselves a house - quickly! We had put our place in East London on the market and we soon had a buyer who was desperate to move in. We had decided to relocate to the New Forest area and booked a four day trip to view the homes we had shortlisted from Rightmove. The first viewing didn’t go well. The house was ludicrously overpriced and the agent very inexperienced. Not a good start. And then we met Rosella Short from Winkworth. She had arranged viewings of 3 homes in the Ferndown locale.
