A belated thank you to Michael Anthony and Diana Lupqi for their professional, very efficient and always friendly work in selling my flat in May. They were both extremely reassuring at all times, quick to provide solutions and reassurance, and they did me very proud! I am a longstanding client of Winkworth's, both as a purchaser/seller and a landlord, and the whole rental team have also served me incredibly well through the years, and I recommend Winkworth's on all levels. We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.

We just sold our flat via Winkworth Surbiton. Debbie was our agent there. From my corporate days, I remember a CxO of a very large IT company telling me that "when all goes well, everyone is good, but you can only see the value of others when they have to deal with real problems". How true... I sincerely think that without the drive and persistence of Debbie, the sale would not have happened. Finding the buyer is the easy part. Ensuring the sale closes is the hard part. Winkworth did an outstanding job in letting my property and their assistance was particularly important because I was overseas at the time. We managed to work through time differences by using email, texts and phone, and I had to rely heavily on them to report back to me regularly, cut keys in my absence and cover all aspects of the viewing and letting process while the properties were concurrently being renovated. They were diligent in following up even outside office hours in order to get the property on the market and re-let.
