I used Winkworth commercial and the outcome was successful. the Team Was very motivated and they continue following up with each party. I am happy to work with them again and Tom Lewin was very understandable and listen carefully to each party and much appreciated Tom for your support and bringing all parties together.

We didn't sell our property with Winkworth, but they were the estate agent for the property we bought. The service we received from Anna and Michael was brilliant. Professional, friendly, reliable and a breath of fresh air compared to most estate agents! Should we sell, we would certainly use Winkworth. I have used Stuart Rothstein several times both for sales and purchases. We have had some tricky times over the last few years in the property market, however Stuart always manages to pull a rabbit out of the hat. He is brilliant at seeing through tricky properly sales and has a wonderful and trustworthy manner about him, which is rare these days. People buy from people. He knows W9 inside out and has a great relationship with all the locals. His advice is always sound. He has a killer sales instinct and yet is instantly likeable. His positive attitude and ability to sell where others can't, makes him one of a kind. You are in trusted and safe hands with Stuart. He has just completed another sale for me and never gave up hope.

Caroline and Josh have just sold our Kensington flat. Their service was excellent. They have worked together for years and know the area really well. Their knowledge of the building and history of such things as planning permission around the area, which walls would have been added etc ,has proved very useful to our buyers.They picked out the unique aspects of our flat, employed an excellent photographer and marketed it at the right price.They were friendly and helpful and were prepared to work overtime when it was difficult for potential buyers to visit during office hours. They kept us informed at every step of the way and did not put up with time wasters! Their advice was invaluable. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to sell a property.

The service we received from Winkworth Crystal Palace was superb and we could not have been any happier with it.
