Working with the lettings team in the North Kensington office was a great experience. We dealt primarily with Jason, who is very knowledgeable, and was always friendly and empathetic. Dolores has also been very helpful ever since we started our rent a couple of weeks ago when we have needed to clarify things about our new flat. One of the things I appreciated the most was that someone always picked up the phone and gave me the me a thoughtful answer, even if Jason was not in.

I bought my first flat with Winkworth and Andrew was the agent who helped me with this purchase. He was very quick and professional in responding to all the requests. It was a prolonged process but Andrew was very helpful and patient with the communications with the seller and solicitors. I am glad we worked it out together. I would contact him first if next time I'm in need of buying / selling another property in north London. Would recommend.

Due to my mum having to go into a care home, I needed her home to be sold pretty fast and at a fair price in order to help towards the costs. Within the first week Rosella arranged an afternoon of viewings which resulted in a number of offers, all above the asking price. The new owners were qualified by Rosella and they completed last week without any drama along the way. Got an Appraisal booked in with the guys at Winkworth They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and property, giving a very professional service and experience. They left us with a great impression and seemed very driven. I have used many agencies in London, Had terrible experiences with the likes of Foxtons and Knight Frank. Winkworth out did them in every aspect. Give these guys a try!
