If I could give 6-stars, I would! We just purchased our first flat and Winkworth represented the buyer. Andrew was always extremely responsive and helped get all of the answers we needed. We ran in to a couple of unexpected road blocks at the end of the transaction, and while the clock was ticking down, Andrew went above and beyond, working tirelessly to coordinate with all parties to get the paper work we needed. He's extremely pro-active and didn't hesitate to roll up his sleeves and problem solve along with us. When it comes time to sell the flat in the future, I will definitely be calling Andrew.

Andrew and Marcus taught us the value of a good agent. They read the market correctly, provided a strong valuation and sold our house within two weeks. Communications remained expedient and professional throughout. The marketing assets offered by Winkworth (3D walk through) were extremely valuable and better than what other agents offered. They then proceeded to broker a purchase for us off market having understood our onward requirement. That transaction completed from offer to keys within 12 weeks.
