This is now the second property, successfully sold, with 18 months via Winkworth Banstead. After selling our property, we were so impressed with the service and care received, that we returned to instruct them in selling my mother's house. Once again all went smoothly, with the usual little hitches to be expected when selling, but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, leaving all parties happy. We would highly recommend this particular branch of the company, as I have found all members to be professional, diligent and helpful. I would certainly return to them should the occasion arise.

I can not speak more highly of Winkworth (Hackney) and specifically Haydar Shubbar. He was incredibly friendly, professional and responsive, making my whole experience smooth and easy. His willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference and I highly recommend working with him if you get the chance!

The team at Winkworth are fabulous and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell (or buy or rent) a home. Winkworth was our agent for the sale of our property which completed in late June 2023 but this is just the end of the story. We'd tried to sell, unsuccessfully, in 2022 using a different estate agency who turned out to be a complete waste of space (a different and much longer story but mainly involved continual price drop recommendations and being bombarded with tons of automated communications. In January 2023 we decided to have another go at selling so we contacted Winkworth and met with Michael (who I had foolishly overlooked first time around). He reassured us that our property was readily saleable and at the price we were originally looking for so we, after having our confidence ripped to shreds the previous year, this was music to our ears and we happily signed up with Winkworth. We had very positive viewings, run by Anna and Alyx, all people with a genuine interest and in a strong position to offer. Anna kept us fully abreast of the progress and was clearly working closely with one couple who had a very strong interest. Three weeks later we had (and accepted) an offer very close to our asking price. The overall process was a little drawn out, mainly because of some complications with the purchase of our new build property, some issues with the survey of a property lower down in the chain and also with a very late withdrawl at the start of the chain. Throughout all of this, Anna was our rock. She was the one who always had the freshest news from all parts of the chain and, whether good or bad, was quick to update us and explain, clearly, what the effect of any developments could/would be. Our transaction was a bit of a rollercoaster ride at times but Anna was the calming voice of reason throughout. Without her, I think we would have just given up. In any case, we are two months in our new home and very happy with it. We hear from our old neighbours that the new owners of our old home are very happy too. Both families have the Winkworth team to thank for this. Sell (or buy) with Winkworth, you won't regret it.

Jason De Souza has been brilliant. He made a very anxiety provoking process of finding a flat in central London, in Notting Hill area very easy. He was professional, reliable and efficient. I was very glad to meet him, and he helped me find a perfect flat. I used several agencies initially but he was the only one that very quickly understood what exactly I needed, and did not drag me in meaningless viewings. I would recommend him and Winkworth North Kensington, to anyone looking for someone to guide them through the chaotic nightmare of finding a good flat in Central London & Notting hill area.

Been using Winkworth Chiswick and Brentford offices both from a rental and sales perspective for a few years now and they have provided excellent service, particularly with what was a long and tedious sale. We purchased our dream property through Winkworth Poole and were very impressed with the service provided by George and his Team. Friendly but professional in all respects. Our sale (through another agent) was extremely protracted and there were a number of occasions when we thought we would lose our purchase. George stayed on side and kept us in the frame until a successful completion was reached.

We have received a brilliant service from Winkworths estate agents when selling our house. From the beginning there was lots of viewings booked in, we always received feedback and was kept in the loop with any progress. A special mention to Ian, he has been absolutely amazing, I believe he really has gone over and above what I expected and made the whole process run so smoothly for us, within my chain there was a date that we had to be moved by and he made it happen, genuinely such a nice man who helped us so much. We completed and moved in within approx 9/10 weeks.. so grateful. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a property for quite some time in the Highcliffe area. Nick showed us around a couple of properties in our early search. From our initial meeting we were really impressed with his manner and rapport. It made us want to buy a property through him! After various setbacks with selling our own property(out of the area) we finally completed on a property last week which Nick suggested that we should look at. We are really happy with the property.
