I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. I am sure that Winkworth achieved their objective by pleasing both the buyer and the seller.

From start to finish he provided a service that was nothing short of exceptional – proactive and efficient, as well as friendly, personable and always willing to help. Paul was very supportive throughout the process, ensuring I was kept informed at every stage. In fact, he often told me what was going on before my solicitor did – including on completion day! Paul was very responsive to emails and phone calls, making communication effortless. He went the extra mile by contacting third parties on my behalf (e.g. another estate agent in respect of my initial buyer/my solicitor on the last day) who were not responding to me. His approach is not just a ‘can-do’ attitude but a ‘will-do’ attitude, and promptly too. It was a pleasure to work with Paul and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, proactive support in selling and/or buying a property.

Having tried another local Farnham agent initially who were unable to generate any traction I moved the sale of my mother’s house to Winkworth Farnham. I wish I’d done it sooner and their service levels were night and compared to the previously instructed agent. Jamie Solis handled the instruction and his feedback and responsiveness was nothing short of impressive. The sale took longer than I would have liked but I attribute that to the fact the sale was in a chain and the market was not great. As the house was vacant I put all our trust into Winkworth and they were nothing short of exceptional.
