The service we received from Winkworth Crystal Palace was superb and we could not have been any happier with it. Jake's expertise and knowledge of the market shone through and we particularly valued his honesty, candour and enthusiasm. He took a keen personal interest to give our sale the best possible start and maintained contact at key points in the process. Ollie was our day-to-day senior sales lead and he was very organised, friendly and worked hard behind the scenes to manage estate agents and others throughout the chain without putting any unnecessary burden or stress on us. He checked in regularly to give us updates for reassurance, even when there was little to report, and was warm and sensitive throughout the process.
