Debbie and the team used up to date techniques to photograph our property to give a better sense of the place and seemed to truly understand the value of the property without over estimating. Debbie was patient and driven in selling our property with a personal touch and was great with her communication and always available for updates on viewings. I would thoroughly recommend Winkworth and would use them again if we were still in the area.

Had a great experience renting a place for my daughter with Federico Young. He was extremely patient, responsive and transparent in all our dealings and gave honest advice. This was extremely valuable to us as parents living outside of UK wanting to rent a safe, clean and affordable place for our daughter - all during COVID! Federico guided us through a few properties remotely, talked us clearly through the paperwork and even helped move a bit of furniture! I have dealt with Aliya Conway for years, she lets my flat for me, and she is the most professional member of staff you could hope to deal with. She is fair and honest but also super business like gets me what I need to achieve. I am useless with Admin and returning calls but she bears me well. I take her advice always on achievable rents and she is always correct, she knows the market inside out. Her team work well for her and are lovely too. I would want this talent working for me in a heartbeat if I had a business.
