I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. I am sure that Winkworth achieved their objective by pleasing both the buyer and the seller.

Bought my current house from Winkworths in February and the whole purchase took just 10 weeks to go through. Matt was fully engaged with the sale and kept me up to date throughout the process. Everything went very smoothly and I was happy with the professionalism and support Matt gave me.

Winkworth managed the property that we purchased in Poole. On the whole we were happy with the service. Sean did his best to make sure that both parties were happy, during some difficult periods. Comminication could have been a bit clearer/ emails we received were a bit hard to decipher, or we didn't receive any response at all. Was very pleasant when meeting us to collect the keys. Would be happy to deal with Winkworth again.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Winkworth Hellesdon. From the first call I had with Andy regarding selling our family home of 40 years (one of the oldest properties in the village) to completion, I could not fault the team at Winkworth (Andy, Daryl and Rachel). They were much more enthusiastic about selling the property than other estate agents (we had 3 local agents in to assess the property); this along with competitive fees made it a very easy choice for us which we did not regret. The write-up advert and photos for the house on Right Move was comprehensive and captured the character of the property (a critical component when selling property) and we were subsequently informed/guided every step of the way during the selling process (from pricing, would-be buyers, solicitors, progress on the sale.....right through to completion.....in fact, I got quicker updates regarding the sale from Rachel than I did directly from our solicitors). We interviewed 4 agents and although most had merits, Winkworths stood out. After meeting Clive we were given pragmatic and realistic advice without any unnecessary sales gloss. Once appointed an excellent sales pack was produced and the negotiation team were always helpful and extremely professional.
