I have used Winkworths for many years and wouldn’t go elsewhere in the area. Matt and the team are efficient, friendly and supportive from start to finish. I recently sold and moved home during a difficult time in the market and Matt ensured every effort was made to not let this effect my sale, and we successfully sold and couldn’t have done it without his ongoing support and care. Definitely recommend.

We bought our bungalow through Paul at Winkworth, Leigh on Sea. We have had first class service throughout all our dealings with him. Very professional, understanding and willing to help. We've dealt with a number of estate agents on our search, the majority of whom we couldn't recommend but Paul broke the mould. For this reason we would certainly highly recommend Winkworth.

This is the first time that we have purchased a house through Winkworth Highcliffe. We were introduced to Harvey who looked after us tirelessly as the time to purchase was rather long due to cancellations etc but we got there in the end. Harvey and Winkworth went the extra mile to secure the deal so would I recommend Winkworth then yes with no issues and worries.
