The best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!

We interviewed 4 agents and although most had merits, Winkworths stood out. After meeting Clive we were given pragmatic and realistic advice without any unnecessary sales gloss. Once appointed an excellent sales pack was produced and the negotiation team were always helpful and extremely professional.
