He knew the answer to most of our questions immediately and those he didn't he found out straight away. He always does everything he says he will and we've never had to chase him. I’ve recently helped my 82 year old mum move from Banstead to Wiltshire. Richard and Alison were more than we could have asked for to smooth the tricky and stressful path of moving her from Banstead after 50 years.
