Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.
