We rented through Winkworth and from start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Paperwork to secure the property was managed quickly, and they were understanding on our timelines. The team were also excellent in communicating the couple of minor issues we had at the property, and were helpful and considerate in wrapping up the return of our deposit promptly and fighting our corner with the landlord when our tenancy ended. I'd like to call out Anna, Alyx, Audrey and Michael in particular for all being brilliant!

I highly recommend Winkworth Northampton. This is the best experience I have had with renting through letting agents. Ryan and Kayleigh are both very friendly and helpful with all the enquiries. They are also very knowledgable and quick to respond.

Winkworth have been very professional but a special shout has to go to Lori, who really got things moving for us (excuse the pun)! We were renting while waiting to move into our flat and with a few phone calls, she really made it happen. We are very grateful to her.

Winkworth Newbury and Mollie especially have been nothing short of outstanding from her valuing our property all of the way to our completion. Nothing was ever too much for Mollie. She's had so much patience and been so polite yet straight forward with us which is what I like. She totally took the stress and hassle away from us on many occasions which as a young family with a baby and a dog was exactly what we needed. We never needed to chase her for anything and we also got put in touch with the best solicitor - she was all over it from start to finish - keeping us updated every step of the way. Not sure why anyone would ever use a different local estate agent to Winkworth Newbury and Mollie and team because they and Mollie were far and above all of the other estate agents in our chain when it came to everything. Lucy was very prompt with getting good photographs of my flat and putting the property online. It was on the market very quickly and there was a high level of interest. Lucy was always prompt for viewings and I was very pleased when a sale was agreed within a couple of weeks of having my flat on the market. Lucy and her team were always friendly and professional on the phone, keeping everyone informed about progress, and the sale went through successfully.

We have been delighted with the services provided by Winkworth Kensington and by their Letting Director Federico Young. Charming, knowledgable, immensely helpful and apparently tireless, Freddy provided detailed and expert advice, brought in excellent contractors where needed, found good tenants, kept us informed regularly of progress and remained closely involved in all aspects of the process.
