Mollie was fantastic throughout our house purchase. The process was not straightforward due to issues further up the chain, but Mollie was brilliant at keeping us updated. She was always chasing for information and keeping us in the loop, which, as first-time buyers, was extremely useful and much appreciated. She is a real credit to Winkworths, and we were impressed with the service from them as a whole.

Great service received from Mike Watters at Winkworth. Had a few of the usual (and unusual) hiccups within the chain but Mike managed to keep everyone informed and stepped in where necessary to keep everyone on track. People always say that moving house is up there with one of the most stressful life events there is, and they are not wrong, but working with a team as supportive and efficient as the one at Winkworth made it an awful lot easier. I cannot thank Leah, James and Louis enough for always going above and beyond to secure the sale of my property and for always being so helpful and reassuring. The sale of my property had some complications along the way but luckily for me Jade was always one step ahead and full of solutions. She worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line and saved the day multiple times when issues with other parties involved cropped up. I do not know what I would have done without her.
