This move has been far from easy and stressful at times due to a difficult chain. Massive thank you to Jade who managed updates every week throughout the chain and then towards the end, daily chasing. I was kept well informed. The issue being a poor conveyancer which proved very incompetent. Jade remained calm and professional and engaged through the chain to ensure we finally exchanged, even though only a few days before completion. She had to deal with my stress too!
