Both Andrew and Harry in Petersfield could not have offered a better service. Communication was always excellent, with regular updates, and good advice when the sale seemed to be in jeopardy. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Great service from Toby and his team at Winkworths Hove. We used them to sell my parents flat which was made complex by the leasehold having only 62 years left. They made the process very simple and lead us through each step. We were also able to leave the keys with Toby and he would let various tradespeople into the property which made our lives alot easier as we live 2 hours from Hove. I thought the experience was going to be very challenging but Toby and his team took the pain out of the whole process. Highly recommended.

Thanks to his diligence and competence, we managed to complete just in time—something that we did not expect to achieve. Beyond his professionalism, James was also a pleasure to work with. He brought a friendly, optimistic energy to the process and demonstrated a real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved.
