We didn't have the easiest sale but Winkworth were excellent throughout. Evie was communicative and responsive, helping us with things that we weren't expecting. In the final stages I spoke to Evie every day more or less and she was always polite even though I must have been pretty annoying at times! Thanks to Evie and the team.

Sarah Russell was lovely to deal with and she knew what I was looking for by way of a rental. All the paper work was handled swiftly, communication was excellent, and I picked up keys as planned a few weeks ago. There are many lettings agents that have advertised properties on rightmove and then when you turn up to view the property it is nothing like the pics and in complete disarray. This was not the case with Winkworths. As I had also seen another property a few months prior. So more than happy to recommend. Also Sarah has such a friendly and professional manner.

We have done several deals with Winkworth particularly dealing with Mr Atkinson. His advice was always comprehensive and he took great care in serving our business needs. Winkworth's lettings department is also doing a very good job for us. Although still in its infancy stage, we feel that our relationship with Winkworth is well suited to our corporate strategy and hope that it will grow stronger as we move forward in the right direction.

I have been very happy with Winkworth's Kensington office, who handled the sale of my flat during the Covid pandemic. They have been so professional throughout, seeing the sale through to completion under very difficult circumstances. They pitched the price perfectly, getting several offers and finally achieving the full asking price. I had initially thought to go with a multiple agency, but they blew the other agents I had considered out of the water, with their focus and enthusiasm.
