We recently bought a house in Highcliffe through Winkworth after moving from Australia. Nick was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient with us. The house purchase process is very different in the UK than in Australia, and Nick kept us informed at every stage. Unfortunately, due to our recent relocation to the UK, our mortgage application was substantially delayed, and Winkworth were fantastic at keeping the communication open between us and the vendors so that we didn't lose the house. I hope to be in my current house for many years, but if I ever needed to sell, I would use them...
