I have been using Winkworth since 2007 to rent out and manage a property in London and I have been very pleased with the service provided by them both in managing and letting the property. I used Winkworth as a Letting Agent and had good service for the last five years marred somewhat by Covid. All of the letting staff were very helpful. On deciding to sell I chose to use Winkworth for this. Paul Benge has done a great job in marketing the property with good communication and it sold pretty quickly. So altogether, a good choice for both managing rental and selling properties.

We have been so impressed with Winkworth, especially Tania. She went above and beyond in trying to resolve and help in any which way she could during the whole process. Honest and compassionate as well as making the whole sales process easy and painless for both sides. She was also kind and empathetic during the sale of our deceased father’s property and even the after sales has been exemplary. Would highly recommend.
