I am about to let my property again and Shania who came on board fairly recently, has so far been spot on with everything she had do deal with, to assist in finalising the release of the outgoing tenants' security deposit, as well as with various preparatory arrangements to make the place marketable again. Daniel Avci was unfailingly professional, resourceful and pleasant. His manner was reassuringly straightforward, warm and calm to both my husband and me.
