Hannah was fantastic! She was very pro-active, always professional, super fast and kind throughout the whole rental process. She managed all my expectations, in terms of managing timeline, communicating my numerous requests to the landlord, giving me the info I needed and even finding time so we could re-visit the flat to take measurements at a day and time that was convenient for us. And on top of that, what's special about Hannah is that she is not only a terrific agent who knows her market inside out but she is a great listener and a very kind and caring person.
