We were due to purchase a property from a vendor managed by Winkworths and they turned out to be really difficult for all involved. Tania handled every difficulty with complete professionalism and empathy to all parties. This process didn't work out, and we had to go our separate ways, but it's only fair to say how well this was handled. I would highly recommend Winkworths to others in future, the pain and frustration of a purchase slowly falling apart would have been much harder without them.

These guys really earned their commission. The team at Winkworth are experienced negotiators who know what they are doing and give good advice. In a difficult market with a difficult chain the Winkworth team went over and above to help everyone along, especially as one of the other estate agents did not seem to be doing their job.
