When finding a flat to rent, we had a particularly good experience with Lettings Manager James from Winkworth's Hammersmith branch, who was super friendly, really helpful and got the process in motion so quickly! He went out of his way to be available for help and advice whenever we needed it, from viewings and documents, to communication with the owner of the property, and he made the process so easy from start to finish. We couldn't have been happier!

Fortunately we found our way to Winkworths Estate Agency and it was a breath of fresh air following a frustrating time with another agent. They sold our property within a month. Jordan and Teal provided valuable guidance and support during what was previously a stressful experience. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

I could not recommend Winkworth NH highly enough, by far and away the best experience I've ever had as a renter. The property management team (and particularly Kylie Wright) are responsive, efficient, friendly and (rarest of all) empathetic. Have just moved out of a flat managed by them after a 7.5yrs and cannot recall a single instance when the team at Winkworth have been anything other than absolutely outstanding! My only regret is that this review is capped at 5 stars.

We recently bought a house in Highcliffe through Winkworth after moving from Australia. Nick was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient with us. The house purchase process is very different in the UK than in Australia, and Nick kept us informed at every stage. Unfortunately, due to our recent relocation to the UK, our mortgage application was substantially delayed, and Winkworth were fantastic at keeping the communication open between us and the vendors so that we didn't lose the house. I hope to be in my current house for many years, but if I ever needed to sell, I would use them...

We have recently used Winkworth to sell our property and have been working with Sam. I initialled had booked for Winkworth and another estate agents to value our house, but after my first meeting with Sam decided to cancel the other company and proceed with Winkworth, which is testament to Sam and the great job he did in preparing for our valuation. He was knowledgeable, professional but also didn’t come across too pushy which for me is always a worry with things like selling your house. He has kept us fully informed throughout the sale process and managed to market our house so that it sold in less than a week for more than the asking price. We’ve been so pleased with Sam’s service so far, and he’s done a brilliant job representing Winkworth. We would definitely recommend to any of our friends and family looking to sell in the future.
