I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. I am sure that Winkworth achieved their objective by pleasing both the buyer and the seller.

We recently purchased a flat through Winkworth CP, and I cannot recommend them highly enough—particularly James Jenkinson, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He worked closely with the seller to maintain momentum and was incredibly proactive in facilitating quick resolutions to the various issues that arose through the property's transaction, including intermediating between the multiple parties involved. James maintained clear and consistent communication with us at every stage. E.g Accepting last minute calls, very fast to respond over WhatsApp, making a point to regularly drop in for updates and always communicating updates and processes clearly. He also liaised effectively with our solicitor, ensuring that everyone remained aligned, which was critical given the tight stamp duty deadline we were working against. Thanks to his diligence and competence, we managed to complete just in time—something that we did not expect to achieve. Beyond his professionalism, James was also a pleasure to work with. He brought a friendly, optimistic energy to the process and demonstrated a real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved. In short, James, and Winkworth CP, exemplifies exceptional customer service and professionalism. Great service from Toby and his team at Winkworths Hove. We used them to sell my parents flat which was made complex by the leasehold having only 62 years left. They made the process very simple and lead us through each step. We were also able to leave the keys with Toby and he would let various tradespeople into the property which made our lives alot easier as we live 2 hours from Hove. I thought the experience was going to be very challenging but Toby and his team took the pain out of the whole process. Highly recommended.
