Andrew and Marcus taught us the value of a good agent. They read the market correctly, provided a strong valuation and sold our house within two weeks. Communications remained expedient and professional throughout. The marketing assets offered by Winkworth (3D walk through) were extremely valuable and better than what other agents offered. They then proceeded to broker a purchase for us off market having understood our onward requirement. That transaction completed from offer to keys within 12 weeks. Having had dreadful experiences with other "premium" agents in the area we couldn't recommend Winkworth highly enough and look forward to an opportunity where we may deal with them again. Thank you.
