I had a really great experience renting my current flat through Winkworth in Surbiton. Ryan made the process as painless as possible, he helped me secure my dream flat and I’m very grateful to him for his patience in dealing with my regular phone calls while we were negotiating! He’s a genuinely nice guy and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Winkworth’s documentation is really clear and they highlight everything you need to know as a renter before moving in. They are also the Management Agents of the flat and since moving in they’ve sorted out a few teething issues really quickly. Really happy and would recommend them.
