I'm not sure what we would have done without Jade's unwavering support during our recent property purchase - she was an absolute legend! There were some significant challenges with one part of the chain but throughout it all, she was the person keeping everyone informed and holding solicitors and other agents to account on a daily basis. Always polite, professional and supportive, she never made us feel like anything was too much trouble, consistently taking the time to speak to us and responding to emails. We recently relocated to Norfolk from North Wales back in January and found us a rental property via this estate agent. We were only looking for short term rental as we wanted to be home owners again, however due to me beginning work before we could buy a property we thought we’d give renting a go.
