We rented through Winkworth and from start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Paperwork to secure the property was managed quickly, and they were understanding on our timelines. The team were also excellent in communicating the couple of minor issues we had at the property, and were helpful and considerate in wrapping up the return of our deposit promptly and fighting our corner with the landlord when our tenancy ended. I'd like to call out Anna, Alyx, Audrey and Michael in particular for all being brilliant!

Nicola recommended a house that was outside our initial search area but we went with her recommendation and went to view it and it turned out to be perfect for us. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process updating us regularly. Alex was also incredibly helpful around the completion and exchange stage responding to messages outside of working hours and even assisting us on a Sunday. Would highly recommend both Nicla and Alex.

Winkworths, and Libby Watt in particular, have been excellent. She showed lots of potential tenants the property, always giving feedback (even when it wasn't positive!). Rosella was absolutely fantastic. We took her lead on setting a guide price for our 3 double bed property we were selling, rather that setting an exact price. That guide price was close to the minimum we wanted to achieve. She expected it to achieve significantly over. Rosella wasn't wrong. Within 1 week of listing we had 10 viewings planned.
