Kiren brought energy and enthusiasm, which I’m convinced was a contributing factor to us getting a great price for our property. He is very informative and I have never had a question that he has not got the answer to. Excellent real estate agency!! Their lettings manager Jenny Wintermeyer was very effective, kind, reliable and went out of her way to cater for all the specific needs we had as tenants. I would have rated Winkworth maximum score it if wasn’t for their reference checking process which they outsource to a company named goodlord. That process was run very ineffectively by goodlord and I hope Winkworth will change provider soon. Kudos again to Jenny for being a master matchmaker between tenants and owners!
