Charlie is brilliant. As is his colleague David. They sold our flat in record time and for a great price. Then helped me find and buy a new flat which was a dream come true. From start to finish Winkworth in Banstead were nothing short of fantastic. Alison took us for 2 viewings - she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This wasn't an easy process, with a unstable chain breaking down and causing delay after delay over an 8 month period. Andrew (Branch Manager) called me weekly to give updates, and was always professional and affable for both good news and bad. Andrew was our main source of information as none was forthcoming from our conveyancer, and Andrew worked tirelessly to keep us informed particularly as we approached exchange. We cannot fault the outstanding support we received from Matt and Ryan while buying our new home.
