We rented through Winkworth and from start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Paperwork to secure the property was managed quickly, and they were understanding on our timelines. The team were also excellent in communicating the couple of minor issues we had at the property, and were helpful and considerate in wrapping up the return of our deposit promptly and fighting our corner with the landlord when our tenancy ended. I'd like to call out Anna, Alyx, Audrey and Michael in particular for all being brilliant!

Having got into a long, complex chain it was never going to be an easy or straightforward ask! I would be lost without Lonnie and the lettings team at Winkworth Sleaford. They are superb when we are looking for tenants and guide us through all landlord legislation, making it very easy. All of our tenants speak highly of Lonnie too and how he deals with any queries they might have.
